Il semble que le Varsovie a un mauvaise réputation en tant de belle cité à visiter. Je ne suis point d'accord avec ça et j'irai jusqu'à m'aligner du côté opposé. La vielle ville est charmante, pleine des maisons que j'ai d'abord cru peintes mais en regardant de plus près je me suis rendu compte que les desseins étaient quasiment gravés sur le plâtre. L'effet est très mignon et les couleurs s'y ajoutent pour rendre le tout magnifique. La bouffe est assez copieuse, du genre bon grand plats de l’Europe de l'est n'oublient pas la viande grasse et le beurre. Dessert idem mais sucré. Le café épais et fort. La bière peu cher et délicieuse. Qu'est ce qu'il y a à ne pas aimer?!

Apparently Warsaw has a bad reputation in the attractive cities to visit stakes. I absolutely cannot confirm this and I would even go so far as to sign up to the opposing camp. The old town is lovely and full of what I thought were painted facades. On closer inspection these turn out to be carved or etched into the brickwork. The effect is lovely and the bright colours of the plasterwork offset the designs. Food is good eastern european stodge, plenty of fatty meat and butter. Desserts are copious and sweet. Coffee thick and strong. Beer inexpensive and tasty. What is not to like?!
Oh yeah,.......its still christmas though.
